GOTHA

A single ring suspended at eye level, lit from within by a continuous filament that never quite resolves into a source. Halo No. 7 asks the oldest question in the room — where is the light coming from? — and refuses to answer.

Vreeland blows each ring in one breath, so no two halos share a radius. The brass collar is the only opaque element; everything else is permission for light to pass.
