A wall work that behaves like an eye adjusting to the dark. Aperture layers spun rings around a recessed source so the light arrives in stages — bright at the centre, almost gone at the rim. Stand still and the piece appears to widen.

The fourth collaboration between Vreeland and the gallery, and the first to hang flat against a wall rather than float in a room.
